During this time, your system will be unavailable for use. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
MRI will carry out full testing as part of the maintenance, and therefore no further action is required on your part.

Dear MRI Client,
The PHA Pro (Housing Pro) 9.3.4v2 Update is available – this update includes changes to support NSPIRE inspections and mobile inspections, as well as minor enhancements and bug fixes.
All cloud clients will begin receiving the update on 10/2/2024 during the regularly scheduled maintenance window.
Wednesday 10/2/2024: Clients with fewer than 10 users that do not utilize Mobile Inspections
- The maintenance window for Mountain and Western time zones is between 6 and 9 AM ET.
- The maintenance window for Eastern and Central time zones is between 6 and 9 PM ET.
Saturday 10/5/2024: Clients with more than 10 users or utilizing Mobile Inspections
- All time zones will have maintenance windows between 9 AM and 1 PM ET.
Please make sure your users log out of PHA Pro on the day of your maintenance window to ensure a successful update
